Sewage and wastewater treatment plants qualify for the use of our CHPs due to their own electricity and heat demand structure. Concerning the digestion process of sewage sludge and the drying by heat process, power-heat-systems are more cost-effective than being outsourced. Methane gas gained out of the digestion process is as good as for free. Most of the generated electricity is consumed in the plant. Possible surplus is fed into the public electrical grid.

The f.u.n.k.e. SENERGIE GmbH manufactures, delivers and operates ready CHPs for sewage gas operations as well as components of purification plants with offered nationwide service. Our range of products contains biogas CHPs from 30 to 500 kWel. Our CHPs gas engines are driven as gas engine to reduce emission of CO, NOx and HC. Our CHPs fulfil the demanded requirements of the environment sector.

The f.u.n.k.e. SENERGIE GmbH manufactures, delivers and operates ready CHPs on natural and propane gas, sewage and biogas with nationwide service. Our range of products contains biogas CHPs from 30 bis 500 kWel. Furthermore, we produce plants for gas cleaning, semi and full-automatic lubricating oil-refill systems and customer-specific solutions.

The core of our products is the industrial engines manufactured by the high-quality brands LIEBHERR and MWM INTERNATIONAL BRASIL. Only industrial components of established manufacturers with long-term spare parts guarantee are used for the CHP periphery. These are SIEMENS, LEROY SOMER, CUMMINS, BOSCH and GRUNDFOS.
